  • 4:00-4:45pm, Tumbling & Fitness
  • 4:45pm-5:30pm ,Boxing Fundamentals MUST BE 6 yrs old, Requires wraps & gloves

Wednesdays

  • 4:00-4:45pm, Tumbling & Fitness / October this will change to Pee Wee Judo & Fitness, Requires Judo Gi

Thursdays

  • 4:00-4:45pm, POW’s Parisi Pee-Wees ( Fun Fitness & Sports Agility)

Saturdays

  • 10:00-10:45am POW’s Parisi Pee-Wees (Fitness & Sports Agility)
  • 10:45am-11:30am ,Boxing Fundamentals MUST BE 6 yrs old, Requires wraps & gloves

Sundays

  • A 60 minute Superhero Training enrollment for kids 3 to 6 yrs old at 9:30am. Contact us to register.

Classes for Kids Age 16-18 years old

These classes are recommended for teens beginning in our program. All classes are 45 minutes in length. Our lunch time schedule is suggested as well for days when teens do not have school. These classes are part of our adult membership.
