Check out POW! Gym Chicago's amazing youth and fitness program.  We offer 50 classes a week for kids. Our west loop kids program also offers camps and events.  The schedule for the Parisi Sports Performance is not below.

    Classes for Kids Age 17-18 years old

    These classes  are recommended for teens beginning in our program.  All classes are 45 minutes in length.  Our lunch time schedule is suggested as well for days when teens do not have school. These classes are part of our adult membership.
